Under the third programme area of BCC through capacity building, the programme has the strategic objective of improving the mindset of youth and adults leading to improved community development participation and leadership roles.
To achieve this objective the following subjective are being set as:
- Sub Objective 1: Increased the leadership potential of communities especially the youth and children
- Sub Objective 2: Increased youth participation in community development.
- Sub Objective 3: Strengthened community participation in livelihood development.
As a strategic partner, LINK-Ghana implements its community activities in partnership with likeminded development actors in a more complementary fashion.
